Not only will I be presenting at NLUUG on May 6th, but I'll also give a talk at Anime 2010 on May 22nd. Like every year since 2002, we'll be attending the Netherland's best anime/manga/japan convention in Almelo and I'm very much looking forward to it.
On Saturday morning I'll have a session on the hunting for rare, Japanese collectibles, based on two real life cases from my own experience. On the one hand I'll examine buying rare toys through the Internet and on the other I'll examine my quest for a Suekichi Haruo watch, which involved traveling to Japan.
Scary, yet fun!

Thomas,
I was wondering if I might get a copy of your presentation (obviously after it's "gone live") @ NLUUG?
Fingers crossed.
Cheers,
Martin.

Hey Martin :)
I had to look at the comments table to tell by your email address which "Martin" this was. Sorry :) Obviously you can have a copy of both the slides and the white paper. We'll be making it available through the Unixerius website and I'll also link to it over here.
Hope you're well!

Woo! Here's my chance to bother you with all sorts of insane questions. o/

Seems only fair... I heckle you during the quiz, you heckle me during my talk. Deal! :)
Please give me a heads-up on very tough questions though, so I can at least prepare an answer ;)

Maybe you could also include something about bootleg material, because I know you're always looking for that authenticity when presented with a gift ;)
