It was hard finding these! The first clip is a teaser put together by a South American fansub group. The two RealMedia clips that follow are the opening and closing animation + tune of Arrow Emblem
There are also two files in RealMedia format. These were the only versions I could find online in 2006.

Thanks to YouTube and Anime Music Videos.org I've found an AMV that was made for Arrow Emblem. It was created by Jusu85, back in 2006. It's set to Within Temptation's Our Farewell. Be aware that the AMV does contain spoilers.

"Magazine appearance
It seems that the Finnish magazine JapanPop did a feature on Arrow Emblem in their October 2007 issue. It's a great looking, two-page spread that they even put up as PDF on their website. Nice! "
I was wondering, if you'd be interested if I translated that article to English. It's actually quite funny although contains some bits of wrong information. It kinda satirises the over-dramatic story elements of the series, but the writer is no doubt a fan of some sort. I just thought it could be a nice read for non-finnish fans as well.
